How to Login to StoreMate Order Management System
Step 1: Open the Login Page
- Open your web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, etc.).
- Enter the StoreMate Order Management system URL provided by your administrator.
- Press Enter to load the login page.
Step 2: Enter Your Credentials
- In the Business Name, Email field, enter your registered business name & email.
- In the Password field, enter your password.
- Passwords are case-sensitive (e.g., “Store123” is different from “store123”).
- To have your details prefilled for the next login, click on ‘Remember Me’. The password must be entered for every login.
Step 3: Click the Login Button
- After entering your credentials, click the “Login” button.
- If your details are correct, you will be redirected to the Welcome page.
Step 4: Troubleshooting Login Issues
System Verification:
- If successful: You will be redirected to the welcome page.
- If failed: An appropriate error message will be displayed.
- Action: Double-check the entered details and try again. If the issue persists, contact the system administrator.
Field Validation:
- If any field is empty (Business Name, E-mail, or Password): A message saying “This field is required” will appear.
- Action: Fill in all required fields and submit again.
- Incorrect Credentials:
- Business Name not found: “Business Name is not found.” Action: Ensure the correct Business Name is entered.
- Invalid Email Format: “Invalid e-mail, please try again.” Action: Ensure correct formatting.
- Wrong Password: “Password does not match.” Action: Re-enter your password.
