Total Security Update
We are pleased to announce the Total Security Update for OMS. This release introduces a comprehensive set of security enhancements designed to strengthen account protection, improve user authentication, and provide greater visibility and control over account access.
These new features help safeguard user accounts through multi-factor authentication, secure login methods, session management, device recognition, and detailed login monitoring.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Added Multi-Factor Authentication to provide an additional layer of security during user login, reducing the risk of unauthorized account access.

Login with OTP Only

Concurrent Session Limit
Introduced configurable concurrent session limits to control the maximum number of active login sessions allowed per user.

Implemented account lockout policies that temporarily restrict login attempts after multiple failed authentication attempts, helping prevent brute-force attacks.

Login Activity
Added a Login Activity page where users can review recent login history, including login time, device information, IP address, and login status.

Known Devices
Introduced Known Device Management to recognize trusted devices and improve account security by monitoring unfamiliar login attempts.

Active Sessions & Session Revoke
Users can now view all active sessions across devices and remotely revoke individual sessions or sign out from all other devices.
