Statuses

What are Statuses?

Statuses help track the progress of inquiries and orders. These statuses allow you to categorize different stages of inquiries or orders, making it easier to manage and track their progress.

Example Statuses:

  • Follow-Up: Hold, Not Answered, Fake
  • Order: Confirmed, Packed, Shipped, Delivered, Returned

How to Add a Status

  1. Go to Settings → Order Settings → Status.
  2. Click Add New Status.
  3. Fill in:
    • Status Name (Required)
    • Icon (Required)
    • Color (Required)
    • Remark (Optional)
  4. Click Save.
