What are Sources?

Sources define where orders originate from. This feature helps track the channels through which customers interact with your business, enabling more efficient management and insights into order flows.

Example Sources:

• Facebook
• WhatsApp
• TikTok
• Direct Call

How to Add a Source

1. Go to Settings → Order Settings → Sources.
2. Click Add New Source.
3. Fill in:
• Source Name (Required)
• Source Icon (Optional)
• Remark (Optional)
4. Click Save.
