Role List View

This section shows the roles available in OMS. The first registered role is Admin and is non-editable. You can create custom roles with granular permissions. Admins can control what users are allowed to do in OMS.

Role List View

Steps to Add a Role

  • Go to Roles > Add Role
  • Give it a name (e.g., “Sales Rep”)
  • Choose permissions for each module:
    • View, Add, Edit, Delete for:
      • Users
      • Orders
      • Products
      • Customers
      • Sales
      • Layout Settings, etc.
  • Click Save

Notes:

  • Permissions determine what buttons and pages users see.
  • Use tooltips to understand each permission.
  • Roles can be edited later.
