Role Management
You can create custom roles with granular permissions. Admins can control what users do in OMS by assigning specific permissions to each role.
Steps to Add a Role
- Go to Roles > Add Role
- Enter Name: Give the role a name (e.g., “Sales Rep”).
- Click: Save & Add Permission
- Assign Permissions: Select permissions (Add, View, Edit, etc.) for each module as needed.
- You can use “Select All” within a module to grant all permissions for that module.
- Save: Click Save to finalize permissions.
- Verify: Check that the new role appears in the role list.

Notes:
- Roles can be edited except for the Admin role, which cannot be modified.
- Permissions determine what buttons and pages users see in the system.
- Use tooltips to understand each permission.
