Enabling Reward Points:

• Go to Settings -> Business Settings -> Reward Points Settings.
• Click on Enable Reward Point to activate reward points.

Reward Points Settings:

Reward points settings are divided into two parts:

1. Earning Points Settings
2. Redeem Points Settings

Earning Points Settings:

• Reward points display name: Label for reward points, such as “Reward Points” or “Reward Coins”.
• Amount spent for unit point: Specifies how much a customer needs to spend to earn one reward point.
• Example: If set to 10, the customer earns 1 point for every $10 spent. For a $1000 purchase, they earn 100 points.
• Minimum order total to earn reward: Minimum amount needed to qualify for reward points.
• Example: If set to 100, a customer must spend at least $100 to earn points. Spending $99 will not qualify.
• Maximum points per order: Maximum reward points per invoice. Leave blank if no maximum.

Redeem Points Settings:

• Redeem amount per unit point: Value of each point when redeemed.
• Example: If 1 point equals $1, set value to 1. If 2 points equal $1, set to 0.50.
• Minimum order total to redeem points: Minimum order total required to use points.
• Minimum redeem points per order: Minimum points that can be used per order. Leave blank if unrestricted.
• Maximum redeem points per order: Maximum points that can be used per order. Leave blank if unrestricted.
• Redeem point expiry period: Expiration period for earned points, in months or years.

NOTE: To enable the expiry feature, ensure a cron job is set up.
