🚀 New Feature

Guided Steps (Welcome Page Flow)

We’re excited to introduce the Guided Steps feature in Version 1.1.1 — a new onboarding experience designed to help new users quickly and confidently create their first inquiry right after registration and login.

This feature provides a 4-step guided flow with interactive prompts and data validation to simplify the Order creation process.


Overview

The Guided Steps feature walks users through a structured sequence to create an inquiry:

  1. Add Customer
  2. Add Product
  3. Select Delivery Partner
  4. Create Order

Experienced users can skip the guide using “Skip, I’m Pro” and access the Inquiry List directly.


Feature Steps

Step 1 – Add Customer

Capture customer details including Name, Contact No., Address, Email, and City.

  • Validation: All required fields must be filled, with proper email format.

Step 2 – Add Product

Add product details such as Name, Price, Unit, Description.

  • Default Values: Brand = No Brand, Category = No Category, Unit = Pieces

Step 3 – Select Delivery Partner

Choose from available couriers: Trans, Royal, Domex, Fardar, Koombiyo, KL.

  • Validation: One courier must be selected.

Step 4 – Create Order

Combine all entered details to generate a new Order.

  • Default Source: Facebook

Advanced Filter Modifications

The Filter System has been upgraded for a smoother, more flexible, and efficient data management experience across multiple modules. Users can now apply multi-selection filters, save templates, and view instant updates in real time.


Overview

Enhanced filtering is now available in:

  • Order: Date Range, Source, Status
  • Sales: Date Range
  • Shipping: Date Range, City, Delivery Status
  • Packing: Date Range, City, Packing Status

Filter Modification

1. Multi-Selection Filters

Users can select multiple values in dropdowns, search within filters, and view selected options as removable tags.

2. Apply & Clear Options

  • Apply: Executes filters instantly and refreshes data.
  • Clear All: Removes all filters and resets the view.

3. Save Filter as Template

  • Save as Template: Save current filter combinations (e.g., “Pending Orders – This Week”).
  • Load Template: Apply saved templates instantly.
  • Manage Templates: Rename, delete, or set a default template for auto-load.

4. Status Tiles with Filter Impact

When filters are applied (e.g., City = Colombo), the status summary tiles update automatically to reflect filtered data only.

  • Filter responses optimized to load in under one second for standard data volumes.
  • Fully responsive design supporting desktop and tablet use.
