Weβre excited to introduce the Manual Waybill Entry functionality β built to provide greater flexibility and control over waybill management for orders converted into sales.
Manual Waybill Entry
π Enhanced Sales Order Table View
The sales order table now includes the following columns:
- Date
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Courier Company
- Waybill Number
- Sync Status
- Action
π Manual Waybill Input
- When manual waybill entry is enabled, users can directly enter the waybill number within the table.
- Note: If no courier company is selected for a particular order, the waybill input field will be disabled.
π Sync-Based Action Handling
- Sync Not Started:
Edit / Sync / View
options are available. - Sync Successful: Only the
View
option is shown. - Sync Failed: An
Eye icon
is displayed to access the error log.
β Step-by-Step Guide
- Select the Sale and Click ‘Bulk Sync’
- Initiate the process by selecting the desired sale and clicking the Bulk Sync button.

- Enter the Manual Waybill Number
- Input a waybill number manually.
- Example:
OMS1200789
- Sync the Order and Verify
- Once synced, the order will display the updated waybill number correctly.

- Verify on Courier Company
- The corresponding record in the Courier account will display the auto-generated waybill number, confirming successful sync and mapping.
