Purchase Payment refers to paying the supplier for purchases made. Below are the payment statuses you might encounter:

  • Paid: The PO (Purchase Order) is 100% paid.
  • Due: The PO is 100% not paid.
  • Partial: A partial amount of the PO has been paid.
  • Overdue: The PO is 100% unpaid and past the due date.
  • Partial Overdue: A partial amount of the PO remains unpaid and is past the due date.

Adding Payment

Adding Payment from the List Purchase Screen

In the list purchase screen, click the Actions button for any PO. This will display a list of actions. Note that this option will not be displayed if there is no payment due.

Adding Payment from Contact

To add payment from the contact section:

  1. Go to Contact -> Suppliers.
  2. Click on Actions for the supplier, then select Pay Due Amount. This option will only be displayed if there is a due payment.
