This section allows you to manage inquiries placed by customers. It includes the ability to add, edit, and view inquiries, as well as follow-ups for each inquiry.

Follow-up

  • Add New Follow-up: Add a follow-up entry for an inquiry to track the next steps.

Inquiry Table Color Codes and Statuses

Follow-up Tiles: Follow-up statuses are derived from the Order MGT Settings, with three default statuses: OPEN, WON, and LOST. Clients can add up to seven additional statuses, with customizable colors and icons.

Colors of Table Based on Customer Quality:

  • Green: Indicates a good customer. Orders from these customers will be displayed in green (Validation: 5-star rating customers).
  • Red: Represents an order from a banned customer (Validation: If the customer is banned from the system, their orders will be shown in red).
  • Yellow: Represents orders from the same customer. Open Orders from the same customer will be displayed in yellow (The open order count will be shown in a tooltip).
  • Light Blue: All other orders will be displayed in light blue.
