Shall We Pay a Bill Without a Bill?

Today, we are going to talk about how you can reduce your billing costs using StoreMate as a solution to a problem currently in the country.

This option replaces the physical bill we give the customer with an E-Bill. You can send an E-Bill to your customers in two ways:

  • By Email
  • By SMS

How to Send an E-Bill via Email

Follow these steps to configure and send an E-Bill via email:

1. Configure the Email

First, you need to configure the email settings. Go to:

Settings -> Business settings -> Email setting

From here, you can either use the system email configurations or set up a manual email configuration. You can easily use the “Use system email configurations” option, where you can change the email inbox name to your business name.

Next, customize the content of the email that will be sent to the customer. Go to:

Notification Templates -> Customer Notification -> New sale

Here, you can edit the content of the email as you wish. Use the invoice URL tag to allow customers to view the invoice directly in the email.
