What is it?

The Courier Companies feature allows you to configure and manage your delivery partners. Once configured, the system can sync orders with the selected courier for shipment. You can also deactivate couriers that are not in use.

How to Set it?

1. Navigate to Settings → Order Settings → Courier Companies.
2. A list of supported courier companies will be displayed.
3. Click Settings next to a courier to configure its details according to the courier partner’s requirements.
4. If a courier company is not in use, you can deactivate it.
5. Test the configuration:
• Create a real sale order.
• Sync the order with the courier system.
• Verify that the sync is successful and the order appears correctly in the courier’s system.

Tip: Always test with a real order after configuring a courier to ensure the integration works as expected.

Where It Applies

• During order fulfillment, only active courier companies will be available for selection.
• Successfully configured couriers allow automatic order sync for shipment processing and tracking.
• Ensures smooth communication between your system and courier partners for delivery.
