Global Search Functionality
To dramatically accelerate user workflow, a persistent Global Search bar has been integrated into the main application header. This allows users to find key records instantly without navigating away from their current screen.
- Feature: Quick Search for Inquiry, Sale Order, and Customer Contact Number.
- Placement: The search bar is now permanently visible in the top application bar, accessible from all pages.
- Functionality:
- Users can initiate a search by typing a minimum of four characters of an Inquiry Number, Sale Order (Invoice) Number, or Customer Contact Number.
- A concise results summary displays key information, including Order/Inquiry Number, Follow-up Status, Sync Status, Delivery Status, and Assignee.
- Clicking a result navigates the user directly to the relevant Order Information page, with view and edit capabilities governed by their assigned permissions.
- Error Handling: Clear “No records found” and system error messages are provided for a better user experience.

- Sync Option for Status: The status synchronization process has been optimized for improved reliability and accuracy.
- Product Management Filters: Filtering capabilities within the Product Management module have been enhanced, providing a more intuitive and powerful user experience.
🐞 Hot Fix & Bugs
This release addresses several bugs to improve system stability and functionality:
- Source Settings: Corrected a bug that was impacting the configuration of data sources.
- Business Locations: Addressed a bug affecting the ability to add and edit Business Locations.
- Order History Contact Number: Fixed a display bug where contact numbers were incorrectly shown as “N/A” in the order history tables.
- Dashboard Date Filter: Resolved a critical issue with the custom date range filter on the Dashboard to restore its intended functionality.
