How to Work

Enable Module

Follow these steps to enable and use the COD Module:

• Step 01: Update your subscription for COD Module. (Contact Storemate Support)
• Step 02: Get your token key from the courier company and update it in StoreMate.
• Step 03: Update your payment account under the COD Module settings.

Order Sync with Courier Software

• Step 01: Click on the COD module.

• Step 02: Select your courier company and delivery city.

• Step 03: Add your bill as usual. Your waybill ID generates automatically.

Courier Invoice Sync with StoreMate

• Step 01: Go to COD Module.
• Step 02: Click the Sync COD invoice button.
• Step 03: Payment details and shipping status will sync based on the courier company’s invoice.

Order Status Sync with StoreMate

You can sync the shipping status from the courier company. Make sure all statuses are updated to delivery status in StoreMate.
